Strung out on teapots

So I decided to start my own blog. I'll be winging it here, so bear with me. This is where I can do my journaling of my thoughts on life, the creative process, and other stuff. Not sure how often I'll be posting, but will try to do so as often as possible. So here goes!
So it would seem that I'm on this kick lately. This making teapots with beads kick. Can't seem to stop. Well, that and hand wrapping fried marbles. Seem to be doing alot of both lately. So I'm just gonna ride it out, till it wears off. I just received my order of the peewee sized marbles, and I just had to cook them right away, and try to figure out a way to hand wrap them. A way to wrap them that wouldn't take away from the pretty marbles themselves, I think I've got it figured out. Well what do you think? Here are some pics. The thing that I like best about these teapots, is that I haven't seen anyone else out there making them. Which is nice. Maybe I found my niche? Who knows. I've been really trying to work on my hand wrapping skills. I just love the look of an exceptionally pretty bead or cabachon, when it's been hand wrapped, in a really pretty way. A way that just flows naturally with it. Making the sterling silver wire appear almost like fluid. That's my goal anyway, well at least it is this week. Okay that's it for my first post, whew, wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
